You have a grace period of 15 minutes to arrive to your time slot. After 15 minutes, there will be a $50 late fee. After 30 minutes, your session will be cancelled. You will have to reschedule & pay another session fee.

FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier, the better! I will always advise to book as soon as possible to ensure availability.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in central Louisiana and yes I travel. If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to come because I love the way my creativity brings me to new places.
What if there is bad weather the day of our session?
A majority of my sessions take place outside. In the event of bad weather, we will absolutely reschedule with no penalty.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your images or via USB (your choice) within 21 business days.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
No worries! Although session fees are non-refundable, we can absolutely reschedule your session for another time as long as proper notice is given.
How do you photograph us?
I am here to put your worries at ease! It's really exciting for me to receive photos of your ideas & bring them to life! In fact...I encourage it! At your shoot, my job is to capture the best version of you! I would never ask you to do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable or not at ease.
How many pictures will we receive?
The amount of images you will receive depends on what package you have selected. The images that are chosen to provide to you are based on my artistic opinion and are considered the best quality of the images captured during your session. Images are digitally edited where artistically necessary.
Can post on social media?
Absolutely! I ADORE my clients ad I love to see when they share their stories through the photographs that I created! However, I do ask that you mention and/ or tag Black Lens Studio to provide credit for my work.
